What you submit must be intelligent and funny or else it's worth two things: Jack and squat, and nobody's talking to Abramoff anymore.
Naturally I think for the most part this group is going to be left leaning, but righty-tighties can be accepted on the same basis as lefties providing what they submit is intelligent and funny. For the Righties: Limbaugh-esque "humor" is hateful and niether intelligent nor funny. Righties laugh at it because of a cumulative insecurity that they share with Rush's formerly fat ass. The laughs are a physiological response to something psychological (herd mentality, insecurity, etc.) For instance, the term "Feminazi" is not funny. People laugh at it because they fear or hate feminists. "Ha, ha, ha... they wouldn't like being called that." That's retarded. I suggest you practice Humor not from the Rush School of. Lefties will be similarily dismissed if idiotic. Hmmm... maybe we can keep the idiots to make fun of them. That's to be seen. Keep the language clean. Make it so that pop culture will want to repeat it. Who knows, this could be a big break for you if your writing gets noticed. Sarcasm and irony are your best friends. The closer you keep them to your heart the better. The moderater reserves the right of accepting group members and releasing them as well. Be intelligent and funny and you will have the best time. Got what it takes? Hit us up. Group Stats
