For the Righties: Limbaugh-esque "humor" is hateful and niether intelligent nor funny. Righties laugh at it because of a cumulative insecurity that they share with Rush's formerly fat ass. The laughs are a physiological response to something psychological (herd mentality, insecurity, etc.) For instance, the term "Feminazi" is not funny. People laugh at it because they fear or hate feminists.
